Every participant needs a towel. You must sit on a towel in the saunas, and towels can be rented at the club if you forget yours.

Swimwear is mandatory and is not available for rental at the club.

02 Mezzanine
Shoes off, lock up, shower first.
Take your shoes through to the lockers, change into swimwear, and shower before entering the bathhouse.

03 Bathhouse
Start in the hot mineral pool.
Let the body warm up first, then move into sauna heat before rinsing and entering the cold plunge.

04 Finish
Slow down, then end in the app.
Hydrate, settle in the recovery lounge, and end your session in the app before leaving to avoid overstay charges.
